| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨乳腺癌保乳手术及腋窝淋巴结清扫术的临床应用．方法：回顾性分析国内外保乳手术及腋窝淋巴结清扫术的研究成果．结果：早期乳腺癌保乳手术及腋窝淋巴结清扫术部分取代以往术式．结论：保乳手术及腑窝洒巴结清扫术是早期乳腺癌新的标准术式．

| Abstract: | Objective：To review the clinical application of breast conserving operation and clearance of axillary lymph nodes treating breast cancer. Methods： Retrospectively analyzing the achievements in the scientific research on this operation technique. Results：This operation technique has partly replaced the conventional operation. Conclusion： This operation technique is the new standard operation treating early breast cancer. |
