壳聚糖-海藻酸盐复合物的表征及其吸湿性和崩解性研究

摘    要:壳聚糖和海藻酸钠在水溶液中能以静电自组装形成聚电解质复合物.利用红外光谱和元素分析表征复合物结构,考察复合物的结晶性、吸湿性及压片后的崩解性.结果表明,壳聚糖-海藻酸盐复合物呈无定型态,其吸湿性明显高于壳聚糖和海藻酸钠本身,特别是在pH值为5.0条件下得到的复合物吸湿性较大.崩解性实验表明,复合物具有相当好的崩解性能.

Abstract:Chitosan and alginate can form polyelectrolyte complexes in water via electrostatic interaction.The complexes were characterized by FTIR and element analysis,and their crystallization,moisture-absorption and disintegration were also investigated.The results show that chitosan-alginate complexes present amorphous state,and their moisture-absorption abilities are better than the original chitosan and alginate.The complexes have great moisture-absorption abilities when prepared from the solution of pH 5.0.The complexes exhibit excellent disintegration effect.
