| Abstract: | Technical innovation is crucial to the subsistence and development of the medium-and-small size enterprises. There're two sides in the technical innovation of the medium-and-small size enterprises. On one hand, it has some distinctive preponderance. On the other hand, it will face tremendous risk and difficulty. So the medium-and-small size enterprises should choose suitable technical innovation strategy according to their own situation and the change of the outer circumstances. |
