鸡西市产业结构分析及调整

从煤炭城市的基本特征和发展困境出发，借鉴国内外资源型城市产业结构调整的理论研究成果，结合鸡西市的实际情况，剖析了鸡西市产业结构中存在的第一产业偏大、第二产业效益低下和第三产业发展缓慢等问题，提出了鸡西市的产业结构调整的基本方向，是：以绿色食品开发为突破口，以农业产业化经营为主线，调精、调优第一产业；以构筑大型企业集团为基础，以技术进步为支撑，以市场为导向，振兴第二产业；以旅游经济为重点，大力发展现代服务业。

The Industrial Structural Analysis and Adjustment direction of Jixi City

The industrial structural adjustment and optimization is the eternal theme in the research on modern social economy development. In this paper, concerning the basic characteristics and development dilemma with the coal cities, considering the theoretical research achievements of industrial structural adjustment in the resource -type cities at home and abroad, combining the actual situation in Jixi city, the existing problems that the first industry is much bigger, second industry is less effective, third industry is developing more slowly etc., and the fundamental direction of industrial structural adjustment in Jixi city i.e. depending on the breakthrough of green foods, main line of agricultural industrializing operation, the fine and top adjustment of first industry, on the basis of constructing big group and the support of technological improvement, which is proposed to provide the local government with decision reference in the formulation of economic development plans.
