| Abstract: | In this paper, we first introduce some definitions we are going to discuss：Splitting System, Uniform Splitting Systems and its Incidence Matrix. Then we have one recursive construction theorem on the case t = 5 and t = 6 respectively and also give the proof. Finally,we give some examples based on the theorems. |
