摘    要:建立了一个衡量离心泵叶轮短叶片偏置设计的准则:短叶片的布置位置应使叶轮流道内可能出现的回流区域为最小的原则.依此原则,文中以滑移理论为工具,实例分析计算了短叶片在不同偏置位置时叶轮内部的回流情况,进而得到了离心泵叶轮短叶片应偏置的最佳位置.该例的计算结果和从中所得结论与实测数据和结果完全吻合.

Abstract:A criterion is established for impeller design of centrifugal pumps with short blades, which states that the disposition of the latter should make the backflow in flow passage of the impeller minimum. According to this principle, the backflow patterns in the impeller with differently offset short blades are analyzed for a situation in engineering practices by using the slippery theory. Therefore, the optimal disposition of offset short blades in the centrifugal impeller is obtained. The computational result as well as the conclusion obtained is well consistent with those from the experiments.
