液相法制备纳米级YIG多晶粉体

摘    要:应用化学共沉淀法和溶胶-凝胶法制备了钇铁石榴石(YIG)多晶粉体.对XRD衍射峰的分析与计算结果表明,所制YIG为立方晶系,晶格常数a=1.2376nm.平均粉末直径分别为441.05和349.32nm,有少量达到100nm,与固相法相比,以上述两种方法制备的晶体有烧结温度低、组分均匀且不易出现偏差的优点.

Preparation of YIG crystal powder with liquid method

Abstract:The powders of YIG crystal have been prepared by coprecipitation method and sol-gel (method). The phase structure of YIG powders obtained is cubic system, unit lattice calculated from XRD is a=1.2376nm. The diameter of powders are measured by laser analysis instrument, diameter value of few powders are less than 100nm, the average value is 441.05 and 349.32nm in each method. Compared with solid method the calcine temperature of liquid method was decreased, component were more uniform.
