| 摘 要： | 本文分析了恒主轴转速和恒切削速度两种方法车削阶梯轴类零件的加工成本,导出了最佳主轴转速计算公式和最佳切削速度计算公式,开通过实例对这两种方法的加工经济性作了比较。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the maching cost of the turning cylindrical stepped parts using the constant spindle rpm method and the constant cutting speed methcd is analyed.The calculating formula for the optimize spindle rpm and the optimize cutting speed is deducted.The maching economics for the two methods is compared by the example. |
