乙炔、水蒸气在聚砜膜中渗透行为的研究

摘    要:采用"时间滞后"法测定了乙炔、水蒸气在聚砜膜中的渗透系数、扩散系数和溶解度系数,结果表明:乙炔在膜中的渗透符合双方式模型,渗透活化能为负值;水蒸气在膜中的渗透行为比较特殊,存在溶胀和成簇迁移,渗透活化能为正值;乙炔在膜中的扩散系数和溶解度系数均比水蒸气小,聚砜膜中H2O C2H2选择性在300以上.

Abstract:The permeabilities, diffusivities and solubilities of acetylene and water vapor in dense polysulfone membrane were determined by "time lag" method. The permeation behavior of acetylene could be described by dual-mode model and the activation energy for permeation was negative. The permeation of water vapor exhibited some "unusual" behavior including cluster moving , swelling and the activation energy for permeation was positive. Compared with acetylene, water vapor has much bigger solubility and diffusivity. The selectivity of H_2O/C_2H_2 for polysulfone was more than 300.
