| 摘 要： | 巨额财产来源不明罪自产生那天起,就引起了广泛的质疑和争议。它的出现主要是为了惩治腐败犯罪分子,促进反腐倡廉建设,保障社会主义现代化建设的顺利进行。通过对巨额财产来源不明罪的分析,探讨其本身存在的不足,对其提出有意义的探索思考,将有利于司法操作和立法完善。

| Abstract: | The crime of huge unidentified property caused extensive queries and disputes since its production, which is mainly used to punish criminals, promote the construction of anti-corruption and guarantee the smooth progress of the socialist modernization. Through the analysis on the crime of huge unidentified property, this paper discusses the deficiency of its existence and puts forward some mean- ingful thoughts, hoping to be conducive to judicial operation and legislation perfection. |
