大学生党员先锋模范作用长效机制建立与实践路径研究

高校大学生党员是学生中的骨干,是社会主义现代化建设和实现中国梦的中坚力量,学生党员先锋模范作用的发挥对高校人才培养和学生党建等具有重要意义。从共产党员先进性的要求出发,建立符合大学生党员实际特点的发挥先锋模范作用长效机制,并探索出一套切实可行、行之有效的实践路径,使大学生党员在思想上争先进、在学习上列前茅、在工作上树榜样、在生活上当模范,真正体现出学生党员在青年群体中的先进性,更好地承担党和国家赋予的历史重任。

Research on the Establishment of Long-term Mechanism and Practice Route of Student Party Members~ Paradigmatic Function

Party members in colleges are the backbones of students, and also the core forces of socialist modernization construction and the realization of Chinese Dream. The exemplary role of undergraduate Party members is significant to talent training and Party building in colleges. Starting from the advanced nature of Party members, the long-term mechanism suitable to the characteristics of undergradu- ate Party members is built to develop the exemplary role of them and explore a set of practical and effective methods to promote under- graduate Party members to be progressive in mind and top in study, exemplary in work and life, reflecting their advanced nature among youth group and taking the historic responsibility of the Party and the country.
