| 摘 要： | 随着经济体制改革力度的加大、职业结构的变化,以及高等教育大众化进程的推进,高职生就业形势日趋严峻,这就导致了高职生在就业时面临着前所未有的压力。本研究想通过问卷调查法对某学院三个年级的630名学生进行测试,来分析与探讨不同群体高职生的就业压力源,为今后指导高职生就业提供参考意见。

| Abstract: | With the increase of the economic system reform strength and changes of professional structure, as well as the advancement of popularization of higher education, higher vocational students face increasingly serious employment situation, which leads to their un-precedented pressure in employment. This research makes a survey on 630 students of three grades from a certain college through ques-tionnaires to analyze and discuss the employment pressure source of different higher vocational groups, hoping to provide references for guiding the future employment of higher vocational students. |
