| 摘 要： | 法治中国建设是当前我国的重大使命,其外在目标是追求人类最高层次的全面协调、可持续发展的社会和谐。社会和谐与法治中国建设是统一的,社会和谐是法治中国建设的重要目标。同时,法治中国建设是社会和谐的根本保障:法治公平分配各种利益,法治矫正社会不公,法治有效化解社会矛盾纠纷。

| Abstract: | The construction of China ruling by law is an important mission in China, its external goal is to pursue the highest level of human comprehensive coordination and sustainable development of social harmony. Social harmony is unified with the construction of China ruling by law. Social harmony is an important goal in the eonstrucfion of China ruling by law. And at the same time, the construction of China ruling by law is the fundamental guarantee for social harmony. The rule of law distributes all kinds of interests fairly, corrects social injustice and resolves social disputes effectively. |
