新型气动节流阀的流体仿真分析

摘    要:提出了一种新型的气动节流阀。为了分析节流阀的流量特性,本文建立了阀体的仿真模型,针对阀芯不同开口度情况下的模型在ANSYS中进行了流体仿真,得到了节流阀内部的流动情况。通过对仿真结果的分析,可知节流阀可以对出口流量进行有效地控制。

Abstract:A new type pneumatic throttle valve is given. In order to analyze its flow characteristics, this paper establishes a simulation model of the valve body, which makes a fluid simulation on the model of valve core with different opening degree in ANSYS and obtains the flowing situation in the throttle valve. Through the analysis of simulation results, it is known that the throttle valve can control outlet flow effectively.
