日本农业财政投入的演变分析

Research on the Eveluation of Agricultural Financial Input in Japan

The agricultural finance has experienced changes in the amount of total investment, input model and target. Currently, agricultural finance is at the stage of reducing the total amount and adjusting input structure, and pays attention to the guiding function of financial investment. By expanding and improving the range and the proportion of direct subsidies, agricultural finance focuses on land protection which is in favor of comprehensive land management and protection of agricultural environment resources so as to promote the sustainable development of agricuhurerure and rural areas.
