乡村旅游的定量测评方法综述

近年来,国内外乡村旅游的定量理论研究成果日益丰富。乡村旅游的定量测评方法主要有层次分析法、服务质量模型、统计分析、顾客满意度指数分析、灰色关联分析和模糊数学理论法等。通过分析提出乡村旅游定量研究方法中存在的问题,表现为创新研究方法较少、缺乏趋势定量研究、局限于传统统计软件、动态分析少、综合研究方法欠缺等特征。

Review on Quantitative Evaluation of Rural Tourism

In recent years, results of quantitative theory research on rural tourism are becoming richer. The quantitative evaluation methods of rural tourism mainly include hierarchy analysis, service quality model, statistical analysis, customer satisfaction index anal- ysis, grey relational analysis and fuzzy mathematics theory. Through analysis, we find that there are some problems in quantitative re- search method of rural tourism, such as the lack of innovation research and quantitative trends research, the limitation to traditional sta- tistical software, the lack of dynamic analysis and comprehensive research methods, etc.
