摘    要:本系统实现了从纸质地图的扫描图像中提取、识别线状地理信息,并转化成矢量数据。主要包括二值化、图像显示及处理、及数据采集三个模块。介绍了其中涉及的彩色地图图像分层、断点连接、自动跟踪等主要技术问题。系统以自动化思想为主,辅以必要的人机交互功能,以求在识别的准确率和数字化的效率之间达到较好的平衡,对不同质量的图像具有很好的通用性。

Abstract:A system aiming at separating line objects from paper-based color map images, then recognizing and digitalizing them is introduced, which has three modules including binarization module, map image display and process module and data collection module. Important problems such as map image separation, broken points connection and automatic track are also discussed in detail. Automatic methods are adopted with necessary interactive functions as supplement in this system so as to gain a fine balance between recognition accuracy and digitalization efficiency and to be adaptive to map images in different quality.
