奖励制度在图书馆建设中的作用

奖励制度在图书馆建设中起着不可低估的作用。不少图书馆在进行奖励时所采取的是“利益均沾”。不能使奖励真正发挥其应有的作用。为此，提出了强化差别效应、强化奖金以外的激励因素等比较科学、合理的奖励方法和手段，并指出在奖励的指导思想上应坚持精神奖励和物质奖励、个人奖励和群体奖励、奖励和惩罚的三个统一。
