| 摘 要： | 在对国内有关山西省科技竞争力评价结果和综合科技进步水平进行系统分析的基础上,指出高层次科技人才缺乏、科技投入不足、企业技术创新能力不强、高新技术及产业化步伐进展缓慢是影响山西省科技竞争力的主要因素,并提出增强山西省科技竞争力的对策。
