| Abstract: | In the procession of the quality education, the professional schools should combine the nursing of the non-intelletual factors with the developing of the intelletual factors, that is, we should carry out the quality education, and we should develop their inteligence, and we should strenthen the drills of the foundational theory knowledge and technology and the nursing of non-intelletual faactors, none of these should be neclected. |
