| 摘 要： | 采用能计及实际输电网运行方式多样性的输电费用法模型作为基本模型，将“Ｎ－１”规划优化网络的求解分两步进行并提出了改进的关键区域法。经对ＩＥＥＥ６节点试验系统的计算分析，获得了更优的安全输电网络架线方案。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the transportation model,which can consider the diverse powerflow distribution patterns of real systems.is used as the basic model for transmission networkplanning.In addition,an improved security cuts method and a two-step solution procedure of thesecurity network are presented. This method is of the advantages of simple models,practical fastsolution,and concludes with the results of the numerical studies performed on the IEEE 6-bus sample System. |
