我国所有制改革的重大理论突破

中国共产党第十五次全国代表大会是中国共产党历史上一次极其重要的会议，它的一个主要贡献是在所有制改革的理论方面取得了重大突破：明确了社会主义基本经济制度的内涵；提出应全面认识公有制经济的含义；强调公有制实现形式可以而且应当多样化；主张股份制可以大胆使用等。这些理论上的新突破，必将大大促进经济体制改革尤其是国有企业改革进一步深化，推动经济结构的调整与优化和整个国民经济的发展。

Some Vital Breakthroughs of the Ownership Reform Theory of China

The 15th National Congress of the CCP,held on Sept.12,1997,is a very vital meeting in the history of the CCP.One of it's very important contributions is that it has made some breakthroughs in the theory of the ownership reform:making clear the connotation of basic economic system of socialism,putting forward the viewpoint of knowing the implication of the public ownership comprehensively,emphasizing the variety of the model of the public ownership, advocating feasibility the use of shareholding enterprise system boldly,etc.All these standpoints mentioned above will promote the progress of economic structural reform,especially follow through new reforms of the state owned enterprises furtherly,make new adjustments in the economic structure,and accelerate the development of China's economy.
