| 摘 要： | 对近年来多发生于中小企业的“民工荒”现象进行了分析,探讨了中小企业劳资关系冲突产生的原因,从政府、企业和农民工三方角度出发,提出了在健全的法律法规和公正的监察体制下,缓解劳资关系的措施.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the phenomenon of "the peasant labor shortage" that more happens in the medium and small enterprises in recent years, probes into the causes why the hostility between capital and labor occurs in the medium and small enterprises, and starting from three angles of the government, enterprise and peasant labor, puts forward some measures for releasing the hostility between capital and labor based on the perfect laws and regulations and the impartial monitoring system. |
