| 摘 要： | 随着表面转帖技术（SMT）的快速发展， SMT实训基地的建设是紧迫而且必要的。文章结合表面贴装技术的简要工艺流程，从设备外部环境，工艺环境和设备自身规划了SMT实训基地建设的要求。
