| 摘 要： | 目的 :综述我国常见食源性寄生虫病的感染、致病及防治的现状。方法 :查阅相关文献资料综合分析。结果 :我国食物源性寄生虫病的发病率明显上升。结论 :加强饮食卫生及食品卫生管理是控制食物源性寄生虫病的关键。
