广东非户籍流动人口子女义务教育问题的思考

非户籍流动人口子女平等接受义务教育是教育均衡发展和教育公平的要求。广东是非户籍流动人口子女最多的省份，占全国总数的1／3强。根据广东非户籍流动人口子女总量、地区、学段分布及珠三角地区解决非户籍流动人口子女接受义务教育实践，参考长三角地区的做法，提出四条解决设想。

Some Thoughts on Compulsory Education of the Children of Non-permanent Migrant Residents in Guangdong

It is the requirement of balanced development of education and education equality that the children of non-permanent migrant residents shall receive compulsory education. With the children of non- permanent migrant residents amounting to 1/3 of the total number nationally, Guangdong province ranks top in China. Whether Guangdong handles this issue well or badly will exert a tremendous influence across the country. This paper attempted to analyze the total number, areas and ages of the children of non-permanent migrant residents in Guangdong, outlined the practice of addressing the education issue in Pearl River Delta region and compared it with the practice of in Yangtze River Delta region to identify the root cause and propose corresponding countermeasures.
