| 摘 要： | 2011年韶关市被列为全国第三批资源枯竭型城市，韶关城市发展之初，重点发展资源加工工业。随着资源能源价格的逐步攀升，韶关资源型工业开始陷入空前困境。在对产业转型升级必要性进行理论综述的基础上，结合韶关市实际．提出推进城市产业创新、有选择性承接珠三角以及其他发达地区的产业转移、依托优质的旅游资源大力发展第三产业，走产业转型升级的新出路。

| Abstract: | Shaoguan in 2011 was listed as the third batch of resource-exhausted city, Shaoguan at the beginning of the city develops, development resources processing industry. With the resources and energy prices rising, Shaoguan resources industry into an unprecedented predieament. Based on the basic theory of transformation and upgrading of the necessity of industry, combined with the practical situation of Shaoguan, put forward the city industrial innovation, selective to undertake the Pearl River Delta and other developed regions of the industry transfer, depending on the quality of tourism resources to vigorously develop the tertiary industry and other industry a new way of transformation and upgrading. |
