| Abstract: | Since the seventeen session of the Fourth Plenary Session of the CPC, Shaoguan Municipal Com- mittee of CPC combined with the local reality, in the construction of rural grassroots party organizations, through the implementation of ＂five major projects＂, forming an ＂integrated innovation＂, and enhance the scientific level of the party construction at the grass-roots level in rural areas. |
