荞麦糊粉层传递细胞的超微结构研究

摘    要:利用电子显微技术观察了荞麦(Fagopyrum esculentum Moench)糊粉层传递细胞的发育过程,研究发现,荞麦开花后15d,糊粉层细菌与珠心相邻一侧的细胞壁上开始出现壁内突;开花后20d,糊粉层传递细胞的壁内突消失。结果表明荞麦的糊粉层传递细胞不仅能吸收母体的营养物质,可能也起到把母体营养物质转运到胚乳组织中贮存的作用。

ULTRASTRUCTURES OF ALEURONE LAYER TRANSFER CELLS IN BUCKWHEAT
Abstract:The development and ultrastructure of aleurone layer transfer cell in buckwheat( Fagopyrum esculentum Moench)were studied by using electron microscopy. On 15 days after anthesis (DAA), a few wall ingrowths are found on the inner face of aleurone layer cell wall neighboring with the nucellus tissue whose cells are degenerating. There are a great many of plasmodesmata on the wall neighboring with endosperm cells, and wall ingrowths on the wall near nucellus tissue on 20 DAA. Many mitochondria and membrane_bounded vesicles are present in the region of wall ingrowths. The structure of wall ingrowths in aleurone transfer cells has vanished on 25 DAA. The study shows that the aleurone transfer cells of buckwheat not only can absorb the nutrition of mother tissue, but also play a role in transporting this nutrition to endosperm.
