同位素掺杂对石墨烯热传导的影响

摘    要:文章采用分子动力学模拟方法研究了同位素13C掺杂的扶手型石墨烯纳米带的热传导行为。杂质散射导致的声子局域化显著地减小了系统的热传导系数。我们进一步研究了杂质散射对四种不同声子输运模式的影响,发现在相同的杂质浓度下,TA声子遭受的散射最强,而LA声子遭受的散射最弱。

Abstract:In this paper,we study heat conduction behaviors in armchair—Graphene Nanoribbons (AGNRs) with isotope 13C via molecular dynamics simulation.The phonon localization induced by impurity scattering strikingly decrease the heat conductivity of AGNRs.Special attentions are paid to the various effect of impurity on three types of acoustic phonons and the second sound.We find that on the same impurity concentration level transverse acoustic modes encounter the strongest scattering,while longitudinal acoustic modes encounter the weakest scattering.
