摘    要:应用气流式粉碎机制备超微板栗粉,激光衍射粒度分析仪测定其粒度,根据设计单因素试验确定了工质压力、分选频率、进料速度三因素为影响板栗超微粉粒度的主要因素.采用三因素二次回归正交旋转组合试验设计,研究和建立了板栗超微粉粒度随工质压力、分选频率、进料速度变化的标准回归模型,确定了板栗气流式超微粉碎最佳工艺:进料粒度为0.10...

Abstract:In this paper,Chestnut ultrafine particle was manufactured by Air flow disintegrator.Its size was measured by laser diffraction particle size analyzer.Single-factor test was used to determine the three main factors affecting the size of chestnut ultrafine particle:working fluid pressure,sorting frequency,and feed rate.Standard regression model about the three factors was found in the process of Chinese chestnut ultrafine powder,by using three factors of the secondary Reformed rotational combination trial design.The optimal technology for air flow disinte grator is:the feed particle size is 0.101 mm,screening frequency is 24.7 Hz,and working fluid Pressure is 72.81 kg / cm2.This conclusion can be used and promoted as ultrafine grinding chestnut technology.
