磷硅酸铝的合成、结构与性质

摘    要:本文以AlCl_3和Na_2SiO_3分别作为铝源和硅源。化学分析表明物体组成为:Al:P:Si=1:l:l(摩尔比)。化学式为Al(SiO_2)PO_4·2H_2O,X-射线物相分析结合 DAT 证明,产品属非晶态,750℃结晶。TG分析表明,产品在150℃失去两个结晶水,组成变为Al(SiO_2)PO_4。红外光谱分析推断,产品中M将以四面体形式同氧原子配位,(M=P,Si,Al),该化合物具有三维空间骨架结构。

Abstract:Equimolar amounts of aluminium chloride and orthophosphate acid in an aqueous solution were mixed with equimolar amounts of sodiun metasilicate and sodium hydroxide. A. white amorphous precipitate of coordination compoud of 1:1:1 aluminium silicophosphate was obtained. The precipitates formed were allowed to stand for 1h to attain equilibrium and were filtered, washed with water and dried at 70 , Infrared spectra of this compound suggest coordination of Oxygen atoms to Al, Si and P. Because of the ratio of (Al+Si+P):Ois 1:2 in the compound, a 3Dframework structure is expected. This compound was characterised by analytical, Ir.and TGA. DTA data.
