摘    要:LED热阻的测量是LED应用到照明领域中的重要课题.LED正向偏压关于电流阶跃的响应曲线包含了大量LED系统热阻热容的结构信息.通过对LED施加电流阶跃后电压响应曲线的测量和简单拟合,试图提取LED封装结构中的热阻、热容参数,结合理论计算得到的各组样品热阻、热容参数,试图将拟合值同实际封装结构中芯片衬底和固晶界面的热阻...
