量纲理论在粒子冲击钻井系统粒子分离效率研究中的应用

摘    要:通过量纲分析对粒子冲击钻井分离系统实验台所得到的实验数据进行处理分析,结果发现钢质粒子损失率随着泥浆流量、黏度以及钢质粒子所占比例的增大而增大。量纲模型中表征几何特征、工作状态、泥浆流体特征以及流量等参数是主要影响因素。根据分析本文还提出了适用于多种泥浆工况下钢质粒子损失率的经验公式。

Abstract:Experimental data from a separation system involving particle impact drilling has been analysed using dimensional theory.It was found that the extent of loss of steel particles increased with increasing flux and viscosity of the drilling fluid and steel particle ratio.In the dimensional model,the geometric features,working state of the apparatus and parameters of the drilling fluid were found to be the decisive factors.Furthermore,an empirical formula has been proposed to describe this relationship.
