摘    要:随着中国履行入世承诺,外资在分销领域所受的限制将逐步取消,国内分销业面临的形势将更为严峻.文章从我国分销业的现状和存在问题入手,分析了新形势给我国分销业发展带来的影响,并对发展我国分销业应采取的策略进行了初步探讨.

Abstract:China has been a member of WTO, the restrictions to foreign capital in distribution industry would be cancelled step by step before the end of 2006, competition between domestic and foreign capital in distribution industry would be more severe. Based on the status in quo of Chinas distribution industry, this essay analyzes the influence brought to the industry by the new situation, and then discusses feasible strategies to accelerate the industrys development.
