摘    要:为提高粉末冶金齿轮的成形精度,介绍了CNC成形砂轮的数值模拟廓形计算方法,开发了砂轮廓形计算及加工软件并进行了磨齿实验.所提出的算法简单直观,数据结构合理,可计算任意齿形.所开发的软件可对任意齿形的直齿、斜齿成形砂轮廓形进行计算并进行加工误差分析以确定最佳加工参数,同时生成砂轮修整和磨齿数控程序.磨齿试验表明,软件的计算精度足够,加工精度可满足实际要求,因此,文中方法是可行的.

Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy of powder metallurgy gears, a numerical simulation method to calculate the profiles of grinding wheels for CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) was put forward, and the software for the profile calculation and machining of the grinding wheels was developed. A tooth-grinding experiment was then performed. The experimental results indicate that the proposed method is of simplicity and rational data construction, which can be used to calculate any kind of gear shape. The developed software can be used to calculate the profiles of grinding wheels with any shape, such as spur gears and helical gears, to analyze the grinding error to optimize the grinding parameters, and to create the wheel-dressing program and the gear-grinding program. The results of grinding experiment also show that the proposed software is feasible and precise enough to meet the requirements in the form grinding of gear dies.
