多功能磁性纳米药物载体的制备及表征

摘    要:以AIBN为引发剂,以N,N'-双(丙烯酰)胱胺(BACy)为交联剂,与多巴胺丙烯酰胺(DMA)和聚乙二醇单甲醚甲基丙烯酸酯(PEGMA)发生共聚,同时加入Fe_3O_4磁性纳米粒子,制备得到纳米胶束.通过核磁(~1H-NMR),红外(FTIR),动态光散射(DLS)和透射电镜(TEM)等一系列手段对聚合物胶束的结构和形貌进行了表征,初步证明了制备的胶束具有还原响应性和良好的稳定性.

Abstract:A novel disulfide bonded cross-linked copolymer was synthesized using AIBN as initiator, N,N-bis(acryloyl) cystamine(BACy) as crosslinker,and the monomers also contain dopamine methacrylamide(DMA), polyethylene glycol ether methacrylate (PEGMA) and Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles, 1H-NMR,FTIR, DLS and TEM were utilized to investigate the chemical structure and micelle morphology.The results indicated that the micelles were stable and degraded in reducing agent.
