薄板压力容器盖的热-结构耦合有限元分析

摘    要:对复杂薄板结构压力容器盖有限元模型的建立进行了研究,计算了压力容器盖在热、压力载荷作用下的温度场、应力及变形,并进行了热结构耦合分析,得到并分析了薄板结构的压力容器盖在实际工况下的应力场,校核了其安全性,为薄板承压结构更深入地分析研究提供理论参考.

Abstract:Researched on the finite element modeling building of complex laminal pressure vessel cover, and calculated the temperature, stress and displacement under the thermal and pressure loads. The thermal-structural coupling analysis have been done, and then gotten and analyzed stress field in actual working condition, also demonstrated the security of the laminal pressure vessel cover. The study will offer theoretical reference for farther analysis and study of laminal structure under pressure load.
