| 摘 要： | 目的:观察应用PNF治疗技术治疗运动员股骨颈骨折钢板内固定术后的疗效和应用价值。资料与方法:某患者,运动员,左股骨颈病理性骨折钢板内固定术后、左股骨上段骨囊肿清除术加植骨术术后,经康复训练2月仍然疼痛,肌力不足、关节活动受限,影响步行、训练和比赛。运用不同体位下PNF治疗技术中的收缩-放松(直接治疗)技术、节律性稳定、稳定性反转技术、等张组合和动态反转等治疗,从而达到消除疼痛、增强肌力、改善关节活动范围、正常训练和比赛的目的。使用VAS疼痛评分和等速肌力测试的方法评估患者2月的治疗效果,结果:患者疼痛基本消除、肌力接近正常、训练和比赛不受影响,表明应用PNF治疗方法治疗运动员骨关节病有良好的效果,能减轻伤病对训练和比赛的不利影响,提高训练和比赛成绩。
