| Abstract: | Choristoneura longicellana Walsinghan is one of the main fruit-treeinsect pests. The level of ATP at different age pests treated withprecocene was reduced to various degrees, while the level of cAMP waselevated obviously. Precocene could temporaily increase the insect DNAsynthetic rate, but make no difference at being treated 48h in comparisonwith the control. Precocene has no significant effects on the RNA andprotein synthetic rates. |
