国内外OA资源的使用与满意度调查与比较

本文通过问卷调查和访谈的方法,调查了我国科研人员对国内外主要开放获取资源的使用和满意度情况。结果表明：我国科研人员对国外开放获取资源的评价要好于对国内开放获取资源的评价,但在利用方面却偏向于使用国内开放获取资源,语种障碍是造成这一现象的主要因素,这也为我国开放获取资源的发展提供了有利的条件。

A Comparative Survey on the Use and Satisfaction of Domestic and Foreign Open Access Resources

The paper surveyed the condition of using and building of Chinese and Foreign Open Access Resources,provided basis and guidance for users to use and access such resources,and deepened the understanding of open access resources.By comparing the analysis,it found the factors which influenced the development of open access resources,and analyzed the reasons for the slow development of Chinese open access resources.This paper took into account the problems of the building of Chinese open access resources,used foreign experience,and helped Chinese open access resources achieve leapfrog development.
