大面积航班延误下的协同决策过程

民航业的蓬勃发展带来了航班延误这一新的问题。针对大型枢纽机场大面积航班延误的情况,基于多目标优化的思想,建立了多阶段多目标多部门的应急协同决策模型。该模型能够结合多部门意见,并随着事态的发展对决策进行动态调整。模拟实验表明该模型可以实现科学决策,对于实际的应急决策问题具有重要的意义。

The Process of Collaborative Decision-marking Under Large-scare Flight Delays

The booming aviation industry has brought the new problem of flight delays.Considering the flight delay of large airports,we build emergency collaborative decision model of multi-stage,multi-objective and multi-sector basis on multi-objective optimization.The model can combine with multi-sector views,and adjust the decision with the development of the situation.Simulation results show that the model can achieve scientific decision,and have great significance for the real emergency.
