| 摘 要： | 为观察赛马运动前后血液学的动态变化 ,选用 2 6匹国产赛马 ,先于厩舍内在安静状态下采血 ,测其血液学健康参考值 ;热身 8min后由骑手全速策骑 1640m ,分别于热身后以及运动后的第 5 ,10 ,3 0 ,60min采血 ,测定RBC、WBC、Hb、PCV、N/L。结果表明 :体能好的马与体能差的马相比 ,WBC在运动前后变化的幅度较大 ,RBC、Hb、PCV值较高 ,其它参数差异不明显 ;体能好的马白细胞曲线呈双峰态 ,所有赛马血液学参数均在运动后 60min基本恢复静态水平

| Abstract: | To determine their hematological values, blood of twenty six domestic racing horses was collected when resting at stables. After 8 minutes of warming up and 5, 10, 30, 60 minutes after 1 640 meters of sprint their blood was again collected. The result showed that WBC value varies greatly before and after exercise while the RBC, Hb, and PCV value was low and the rest of the hematological parameters had no significant difference. The WBC curves of poor performance horses had double peaks and the hematological parameters of either house returned to their rest level 60 minutes after sprint. |
