| Abstract: | With the administrative trial practices,this paper sums up the main types of letters-and-visits ad- ministrative cases,analyzes the causes leading to those cases such as social cause,system cause and personal cause.With a good acknowledgement of the main types and causes of letters-and-visits administrative cases,this paper provides some resolving methods to control and reduce such cases. |
