| Abstract: | The essay is intended to analyze the female character Miss Fairlie in The Woman in White from the viewpoint of feminism.Altogether,the analysis is divided into three parts,that is,woman＇s submissive status in a man-dominated society,female＇s economic status,and the lack of female discourse. |
