Abstract:The microstructure and select-area composition of aluminum alloy film electrocoloured and sealed was examined all-sidely with Scanning Electron Microscope (X-650SEM) and Energy Dispersion Analysis of X-ray (EDX-9100), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM-2000EX), Auger Electron Spectroscopy (AES-350), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy ((?)550-XPS) and Ion mass Spectrometry (IMS-300). The multilayers structre, localized grown model of the oxide film, distribution characteristic of coloured particle and the formation mechanism of sealing layer have been studied deeply.
