论和谐社会权力伦理的建构

权力来源于社会需要,对其进行合理的制约有利于和谐社会建设,但是权力的异化已经成为和谐社会的最大威胁。传统人际伦理与市场因素的干扰、权力的价值性与工具性关系的错位、后现代主义对权威的解构与消费主义的流行的交互作用造成权力的异化,影响政社和谐、人与自然的和谐、人的心灵内在的和谐。应当坚守权力伦理核心价值的导向、培育和强化公共节操、规约权力的边界,走向真正的和谐。

On the Construction of Power Ethic in a Harmonious Society

Power comes from the needs of society.Therefore,the reasonable restriction to it is conducive to build a harmonious society.However,the alienation of power has become the greatest threat to a harmonious society.In addition to the destruction to authority by Post-modernism and the alienation of power by the prevalence of consumerism,the misplacement of traditional interpersonal ethics and market factors,the availableness of power and instrument relationships have a great impact on the harmony between government and society,man and nature,as well as on the inner harmony of the human mind.We should adhere to the key value orientation of power ethics,cultivate and strengthen public virtue,confine the boundaries of the power in order to attain the true harmony.
