| 摘 要： | 生物质气化炉采用秸秆热解制气,适用原料广泛.由于气源没有液化气、管道燃气稳定,气阀控制过程复杂,存在不少安全隐患.阐述了生物质气化原理,制气控制流程;将原生物质气化炉的手动控制改为自动控制;给出了系统硬件设计及软件实现方法;通过实验调试控制程序.结果表明,基于PLC的智能控制器,解决了气化炉手动控制阀多、控制过程繁杂、操作人员专业水平要求较高的难题,有助于生物质可再生能源开发利用和减碳减排. |
