| 摘 要： | 慢性肾小球肾炎血尿患者存在不同程度的血液高凝状态，而血液粘滞度增高又进一步促使血管内血栓形成。本文对慢性肾小球肾炎血尿患者进行了血液流变学测定，结果提示高粘综合症可能是导致肾小球微循环功能障碍，促使肾功能恶化的重要原因之一。

| Abstract: | There is a different level of blood clotting in paients who are suffering from chronic rehal corpuscle nephritis. And the increase of blood viscosity can accelerate thrombosis in blood vessel. This experiment determined the haernorheology of the patients. The results have showed that the high viscosity may be the main reason that leads to dysfunction of renal corpulse microcirculation and is the one reason of nephric dysfunction. |
