摘    要:为了解决日益严重的道路交通拥挤问题,试图提出1种可行的交通拥挤控制的模型和方法.首先提出道路交通拥挤的3种空间形态,简单叙述突变理论的研究内容;阐述道路交通系统发生突变后具有的基本特征和运行规律,利用势函数和动能函数描述拥挤空间交通系统变量之间关系,确定拥挤空间的突变临界点、稳定点和分叉集点,基于突变理论提出限制交通流的拥挤控制模型和可行方法,并用多个例子分析说明其应用的可行性;最后,提出缓解道路交通拥挤的方案.

Abstract:The urban traffic congestions are becoming more and more serious.We try to put forward a model and method for settling this problem in this paper.Firstly,we introduce three special shapes of urban traffic congestion,and depict catastrophe theory briefly.Secondly,we expound characters and laws of traffic system after the traffic catastrophes,describe the correlation between traffic variables by terms of energetic and potential functions,and ascertain break points,steady points and fork points.Then,we propose traffic congestion control model and a feasible method based on catastrophe theory,and give three examples of application to test the effectiveness of the method.Finally,we give the schemes to reduce urban traffic congestion.
